The adoption of a tension mechanism and the use of an ear-seal belt feed mechanism allows for flexible handling of folded pouches.
Smooth feeding of pouches is realized by adopting a diagonal running table.
The cutter and presser cylinder are unitized and can be removed with only two bolts for easy maintenance.
The machine can easily switch between 30 different types of pouches by setting the product number and operating the read switch.
Liquid leakage is detected by the liquid leakage detection device even if there is liquid leakage due to poor sealing.
